DOES YOUR COUNSELING INCLUDE Spiritually Integrated Care?

Our counselors are trained to work with clients who want to use their spirituality or faith as a resource for personal healing and growth. You do not need to adhere to a particular religion to seek help at our counseling center. You determine whether and how spirituality and faith will play a role in your counseling.

HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

Call (920) 886-9319 and a member of our intake team will listen to your needs. We do our best to schedule appointments as soon as possible. Scheduling times are dependent upon your particular concerns and the appropriate counselor available to address your issues.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?

Your initial session is an opportunity for you to get to know your counselor. Your counselor will carefully listen to the issues and concerns you bring to counseling. Your situation and background will be discussed to develop a treatment plan that will clarify your concerns, goals, and needs.

WHAT INSURANCE PLANS DOES SAMARITAN ACCEPT?

The Center contracts with most major health insurers. We are also an approved mental-health provider for Medicaid and Medicare insurance plans. Our client services specialists will gather your insurance information during your initial phone call and verify insurance benefits prior to your first appointment.

I DON’T HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE. WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

If you’re uninsured or underinsured, you can work with us to customize a payment plan. Samaritan may be able to adjust fees, as funds are available, for you if you cannot afford our standard rates. We make every effort to subsidize these costs with help from our generous donors.

ARE THERE OTHER SAMARITANS?

There are 500 Samaritan Center offices in 355 cities making the Samaritan network one of the largest counseling providers in the country integrating psychology and theology in cost effective counseling. A common feature of these centers is the philosophy of looking at the whole person, including mind, body, spirit and to understand the client’s needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
